Hello everyone,
Just a quick update from sunny St.Charles. As Australia has been experiencing the worst bushfires and hottest weather in it's history, St.Chuck has been between 10-20c which has made for some pleasant training, or as pleasant as training gets anyway. Despite having a day off this week due to the flu, I should get close to getting 20 hours on the bike again this week.

Only one week left until our first race which will be the start to my US road campaign for the year. Next weekend we have a training camp here in STL and then have a race on the Sunday in Colombia, Missouri.

Well the temperature has plummeted here over night and it's now a barmy 1c as I write this so I'm about to jump in to bed and contemplate about getting on the rollers tonight.
